"It appears that broadening the scope and making 8 Days more ad hoc has been an amazing success! Instead of 8 days of constrained events there are over a dozen events that are either organized or featuring anarchists happening in the Bay Area over an 8 day period. 8 Days of celebration that includes music, dancing, protest, and time spent with new and old friends. New events we are sure to attend include Slingshot's 21st Birthday (which will include world famous chocolate cake), Berkeley Critical Mass, the promise of protest in Oakland of the murder of Oscar Grant, a dance party on Sunday night, and a BDSM party on Saturday night.
