"Friday, 20th March SHAC London go visit some more sick companies.
We started our day nice and early at AstraZeneca, 15 Stanhope Gate, London, W1K 1LN. AZ are a pretty brutal and bloody company. They were filmed and exposed only last November forcing wild caught primates to inhale dangerous chemicals at HLS. The primates suffered and died for AZ's greed. This is meant to be the world headquarters of AZ so we made sure they were fully aware of us and their shame. To be honest its a pretty small building in a back street, we are not exactly impressed AZ. As usual we received a huge amount of support from their neighbours and we gave out loads of leaflets.
Second up was the Barclays Park Lane Branch around the corner, at the corner of Stanhope Gate and Park Lane. Barclays are desperately trying to make this branch as flash as possible, but as usual it looks a lot less flash with SHAC London exposing the truth to Barclays customers outside. This was our first visit to Barclays Park Lane and the manager came out to talk to us. We explained why we were there and he took leaflets and said he would talk to his head office about Barclays disgusting investment in HLS LSR.
Our last demo of the day was at TIAA-CREF, 4th Floor, 33 Cavendish Square, W1G 0PW. These guys own 78,640 shares in HLS shame and we made sure that everyone in the building was well aware of their shame. Many members of staff from other companies in the building came out to take leaflets and show their support of our campaign against HLS's brutality.
