On Thursday March 12th at 7pm the Anarchist Black Cross will be doing a workshop on writing letters to prisoners and screening the movie Prison Town USA at the William Byrd Community Center.
On Thursday March 26th the Anarchist Black Cross will be doing a workshop on writing letters to prisoners and screening the movie Up The Ridge- about a prison in Virginia at 7pm at the William Byrd Community House in Oregon Hill.
On Friday March 27th at 5pm Richmonders on bikes will meet in Monroe park at the corner of Main and Laurel to go on a Critical Mass bike ride. Bring signs, whistles, music, bikes, helmets etc.!
On Saturday March 28th the monthly Really Really Free Market will happen from noon til 5 in Holly Street Park in Oregon Hill. Bring stuff to give away, musical instruments, frisbees, games, etc. Springtime anti-capitalist festival!!!
Weekly there is Clinic Defense outside the abortion clinic at Boulevard and Grove from 8 to 11 on Saturdays. Come help patients get safely into the clinic.
Also don't forget Food Not Bombs every Sunday from 12 to 4 at 2608 Hanover Avenue, and serving in Monroe Park at 4.
