"On Tuesday, November 18th the membership and contact list for the British National Party, a fascist political organization that claims 58 elected councilors in local government in England, was published by Wikileaks, a website that publishes anonymous submissions of sensitive governmental, corporate, or religious documents. 12,801 individuals are represented and the document contains the names, home addresses and sometimes telephone numbers and e-mail addresses of senior party officials, teachers, doctors, serving members of the military, police and prison officers and members of the clergy. The list has been independently verified by Wikileaks staff as predominantly containing current or ex-BNP members, however other individuals who have donated to the BNP or who have had other contact (not necessarily supportive) with the BNP or one of its fronts may also be represented."
